Surprise! It’s me - Jules! If you’re familiar with Awen, you almost certainly already know who I am, so I’d rather use this space to give you some insight rather than a history lesson!
Even before joining Awen in 2018 I’ve tried to stick to a few basic personal principles;
Always take an opportunity when it’s presented to you;
Do your absolute best, no matter what;
Surround yourself with excellent people who are better than you at the things they do;
Be optimistic!
Combined with the Awen Collective values of Agility, Warmth, Equality and Next-Level Innovation, Team Awen has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of Daniel, Paul and me.
I hope my outlook and approach to work (and life in general) has set me up well to take this challenge in my stride and continue supporting the great work that we do here - no matter what the future holds.
I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved to date, our technology is solving real problems for critical organisations, we partner with some of the most influential companies in this space, and exciting opportunities are constantly coming our way. I’m certain we still have tough challenges ahead of us, but there is no other team in the world I’d rather face them with, and it’s a dream to be leading them.
I’d like to say a big thank you to both Daniel and Paul for their hard work in getting Awen to where we are today and look forward to a different but no less supportive working relationship as we continue to build Awen.
